Official Rules of the Event

This event is open to all with authentic and lawful stories!

Dear LAUNCH Users:

We are proud to invite our dear LAUNCHers to join us and share your moments and shots by using LAUNCH products. Whether you're an auto technician or an automotive enthusiast, we look forward to seeing your authentic experiences with our products.

1. How to Submit

① Submit your story directly through the LAUNCH official website homepage. Check out “MY STORY WITH LAUNCH” part to upload your works.

② Or submit your story through LAUNCH official social media platforms via private message.

2. Submission Requirements

• Video Submissions:

① CONTENT: Must be recorded as real on-camera footage, preferably featuring a person in the film, and shot in vertical format.

② DURATION: At least 15 seconds, up to 5 minutes.

③ AUDIO QUALITY: Clear narration with no sharp or excessive background noise. Background music is not required, and we recommend submitting without it.

④ ON-SCREEN TEXT: Must be legally available for free commercial use.

• Post Submissions: 

① Must include both text and images, clearly narrating the story.

② Recommended length: Around 200 words, with a reasonable balance in length.

Note: All submissions must be original, unpublished on any other platforms, and free of watermarks. The author must ensure that the submitted content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, and trademark rights. Additionally, all featured products must be LAUNCH products only.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

① The original author retains the copyright of the submitted content.

② LAUNCH Technology holds the right to use and distribute the submitted content. The company reserves the right to edit, dub, and process the collected videos and posts as needed. LAUNCH may publish, broadcast, promote, and exhibit the content without prior notice to the original author or additional compensation.

③ The company respects and protects the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, and privacy rights of the uploader and third parties. The uploader guarantees that the submitted text, images, videos, and audio do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, reputation, privacy, or other legal rights. If an infringement claim is received, the company reserves the right to remove the alleged infringing content.

④ The uploader shall independently handle and bear full legal responsibility for any claims made by third parties. If the uploader’s infringement causes any losses to the company or its affiliates, including but not limited to financial or reputational damage, the uploader shall fully compensate for all incurred losses.

4. Prize  

① Once your submission successfully passes our official review, you will 100% win a one-year validity for vehicle diagnostic software.

② Winners can choose the vehicle software based on their preference.

5. Event Period

This event is ongoing and remains valid until further notice.
